My choice to include fertility coaching started after successfully completing a tumultuous and often quite lonely rollercoaster of trying to conceive for years. I love supporting other women in setting themselves up for their best chances to achieve their goals and dreams too.
My fertility issues started during my previous career. I was working in corporate tax however at some point I felt that my job was not compatible with the time I needed to prioritise my health and eventually, overseas IVF treatments.
During my career break I trained and worked as a yoga teacher in hatha/vinyasa, yin, restorative, prenatal/postnatal and fertility yoga. In these same years, I went through many fertility treatments including multiple failed IVF treatments, before finally becoming naturally pregnant during the pandemic. After our first child was born, I had my first successful IVF treatment.
After completing my family, lots of fertility coaches suddenly started popping up on my Instagram feed. I felt very grateful that I never saw their posts during my own struggles, as their messaging was awfully depressing and seemed unhelpful. I felt a different style of fertility coaching might benefit some women better, and felt a strong pull towards offering this to others. With my experience-based knowledge and emotional attunement with the world of sub-fertility, I started looking for legitimate coach training institutes. In addition to my CPCC certification, I have trained in grief and loss coaching with a Master Certified Coach who specialises in grief coaching.
Whilst Fertility coaching has my soft focus, I continue offering life transition and leadership coaching, just because it is so incredibly fun and fulfilling. For my bio and life coaching services please see the homepage.
Fertility coaching supports clients by holding a safe space for whatever it is they bring. The aim is to help clients:
This is not forced positivity — nor is it a space where you are encouraged to stay emotionally stuck in the pain of the journey.
I offer a safe, compassionate space to process what you are carrying, whilst I also support you to move forward with strength, clarity, agency and self-trust.
This means that besides the space I hold for your story, your grief, your frustrations, and all the uncertainty and complexity of fertility struggles, I also aim to support you in becoming the strongest possible advocate for yourself and your wellbeing.
Rather than centring the identity of “someone struggling”, my work helps you reconnect with yourself as a whole person — capable, resilient, informed and supported.
This practice is also grounded in professional coach training. As a CPCC-certified coach, I am trained in one of the most respected and rigorous coaching methodologies in the profession, bringing both structure and depth to the coaching relationship. In addition, I completed a grief and loss coaching training.

In the sessions, I offer a safe, confidential space for whatever comes up in the moment. Having gone through this, I understand how all-consuming these TTC journeys tend to become. Zigzagging between heartbreak and hope is exhausting in any situation, let alone if (it feels like) your identity and future depend on such an uncertainty. My aim is for you to not lose yourself in the process. Besides the space I hold for the TTC part of you, if you are ready, we can include general life coaching building blocks and tools into our sessions, which may open up wider perspectives and possibilities for a full life, regardless of the outcome.
Depending on your needs, you may choose to include mindfulness, breath work, or some grounding yoga into our sessions. This would typically add 20-30 minutes to our session times.
There is an important distinction between coaching and therapy. Should at any point I sense that I do not offer the right support for you, or am not qualified for what it seems you need, I will always bring that up and gently encourage you to work with a more appropriate professional, whether instead of or alongside our coaching relationship.
If you are interested in learning more about my work, I invite you to schedule a 30-minute conversation. I’ll be happy to share more information and answer any questions you may have about how fertility coaching might serve you.
