Working with me

We start with a chemistry call: A complimentary coaching consultation where we introduce ourselves and explore a potential coaching fit, in which case we formalise our coaching relationship. 

We then identify the gap between where you are now and your vision for your future self. We clarify what it is you really truly want the most, and what is keeping you from reaching it. There will be a lot of time spent on exploring and designing (new) possibilities, always keeping in mind your larger vision. 

We agree on action steps you take between sessions (commitments) so that you stay on track and keep moving forward.

Sessions are held online or in person in Singapore (East Coast or CBD) and are in English or Dutch.

• First ‘Discovery’ session 90 minutes
• Subsequent ongoing coaching sessions 45-60 minutes, typically twice per month

Coaching is a significant investment in yourself, and creating lasting changes will take some time. To increase the impact of the coaching, please see below coaching packages that you can take into consideration. 

• 6 sessions (3 months) - for self-aware people with a short-term focus on a specific transition 
• 12 sessions (6 months) - consistent longer term support aimed at deeper transformation and/or working with multiple limiting beliefs

Individual clients: SGD 200 per session (or USD/EUR equivalent).
