Although some of the coaching exercises were initially somewhat outside my comfort zone, I never felt awkward doing these new things - things I would never have attempted on my own. They were very useful for shifting my energy and getting me out of my head. 

I didn’t expect a conversation to shift my entire energy - but it did. 

Elienne and I sat down for what felt like a casual coffee. I arrived with no expectations, just a chat. But something shifted. During our conversation, I gained clarity on blocks I didn’t even know existed. I returned home feeling lighter, clearer… and even my husband noticed. “I’ve never seen you like this,” he said. 

That same day, I deep-cleaned the house, bought fresh flowers, and felt a surge of creative energy. I learned to use the newfound energy and applied it in my work.  It sounds a little wild, but I can’t explain it.

I never did coaching before but I decided to try with Elienne and it was a big and wonderful surprise.
